How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive a track & trace code to follow your package every step of the way.
Returns
How do I return an item?
If you’d like to return an item, just follow these simple steps:
- Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We’ll review your request and send you the return instructions.
- Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Please note: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process it.
After approval, your refund will be issued right away.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
Can I exchange for a different item?
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, you can return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.
